Thisis a popular misconception. 27.5 bikes aren't more agile because of wheel size. The reason is that 27.5 allows for more compact chainstays, which means that the wheelbase is smaller. If you compare a 29xc bike and a 27.5 enduro bike the xc bike is going to be much more agile even though it has 29 wheels.The29 is more like a tank and rolls over everything. I prefer the 27.5 due to riding mostly CC. It's quicker and hangs turns better. Just have to be more careful of what lines I choose. •.
