Ok, so you have SM-T311 (Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 inch, 3G version). Confirmed by the photograph. Why are you trying to download SM-T113 (Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0 inch) firmware to it? As long as you can enter into Download mode (what is seen in the photo), you can use Odin to flash some correct firmware (e.g. TWRP, then some Android image).
